Salted Caramel Fridge Slice (sugar free, dairy free, egg free, gluten free)

There are heaps of recipes out there for this kind of thing, but this is my own creation (purely because I hadn't found those other recipes yet!). It's delicious!!
60g desiccated coconut
Throw it all in a food processor until it's finely ground and sticky. Push it into a lined loaf tin and refrigerate.
125g cashew nut butter
80g coconut oil
1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
salt to taste
Mix it all in a bowl and adjust maple syrup and salt to taste. Pour over the base and refrigerate again.
2 Tbs Coconut Oil
2 tsp Cacao
4 tsp Maple syrup
pinch of salt
mix it all together and when the filling layer is set, pour this chocolate layer over the top and refrigerate. When it's all set, enjoy!
