Podcast ~ Episode 18: Gratitude with Lee-Ann Lovegrove

Practicing Gratitude is one of the most powerful ways to bring more positivity into your life.  We discuss here how it's done!

And celebrating Gratitude we're launching our project 'thank you, you rock!' painting stones with the words 'thank you' and placing them in public places to inspire others.

Our simple tips for practicing Gratitude include:

     1. Pick a time of the day that's easy to remember (like meal times) and mention what you're grateful for.

     2. Go for a walk and notice all the tiny details like flowers etc

     3. thank people for doing things they wouldn't expect a thanks for!
